Our retained services packages offer ongoing, proactive HR support tailored to your business needs. Whether you require quick advice and sense-checking or the full support of an HR team, we’re here to help. With a retainer, you'll have consistent access to expert guidance, ensuring your HR needs are met efficiently and effectively.

Pay as You Go

Our clients love this for things such as: 

  • Advice relating to employee issues, for example long-term sickness, grievances and employee misconduct

  • Documents & Compliance

  • Peace of mind that current legislation and guidelines are being followed

​Support can be provided over the telephone, by email, via an online meeting or even on-site.

Unless otherwise agreed, work is invoiced at an hourly rate of £150 + VAT.  As a PAYG service, if you only need half an hour of advice, that’s all you pay for.

​Alternatively, we can discuss your needs and provide you with a quote for a longer-term solution at a discounted monthly rate.
